How to Enjoy Free Internet Using Smart and Internet.org

Internet.org

Smart, Sun Cellular and Talk n'Text subscribers can now enjoy free mobile internet access on their mobile devices, more particularly on their smartphones, through Internet.org. The site and Android app which was initiated by Facebook serves as a portal to the social networking site and popular and useful websites. These websites include PhilSTAR, Rappler, Interaksyon, Inquirer.net, Ask.com, Bing Search, Wattpad, WikiHow, Wikipedia, ESPN, Spin.ph, OLX.ph, TESDA, Jobstreet, and others.

There are two ways of using internet.org on your mobile phone. For those who have an Android smartphone, you can download its mobile app for free on the Google Play Store. Otherwise, you can log on to www.internet.org on your phone's browser. Just remember to activate your data connection first before accessing the site or app. For Android smartphone users, after activating your data connection, you must allow it to create a Virtual Private Network to prevent your phone from consuming data except those inside the Internet.org site or app. That way your load balance is well-secured.

But do not expect the full version of the sites in the portal, for most of them lack pictures in order to save bandwidth.
