Dream Dad, Nathaniel Leads National TV Ratings in April

National TV Ratings for April 2015

ABS-CBN has kept its stronghold in national TV viewership for the month of April 2015 with an average audience share of 42%, which is five points higher than the 37% average share of its rival network based on ratings data from Kantar Media.

The recently-concluded Dream Dad and the new inspirational primetime drama series Nathaniel lead the top ten most-watched television shows in the Philippines for the said month, as its primetime supremacy was bolstered by the continuing support of millions of Philippine television viewers for the network's sleuth of top-caliber drama series. TV Patrol remains the most-watched news program in the Philippines for the said month also.

Meanwhile, more urban and rural households have also tuned in to the Kapamilya network's weekend programs as Maalaala Mo Kaya (MMK), Your Face Sounds Familiar, Rated K and Wansapanataym joins the list of the top ten most-watched shows in the country for the said month.

Its daytime shows continue to enjoy consistent higher ratings, topbilled and strengthened by its top-rating daytime shows Oh My G! and It's Showtime, while many viewers are hooked up to Kapamilya Mega Blockbusters which started last April 8.

At the start of 2015, ABS-CBN has been named the Best TV Station in the country by twelve different award-giving bodies in the industry and academe, including the recently held KBP Golden Dove Awards. It was also the only television station in the Philippines listed in the country's best companies according to Finance Asia magazine.
