The Lumia 640 XL was recently introduced at the 2015 Mobile World Congress in Barcelona, Spain as it slated to be the successor of the Nokia Lumia 1320 because of its 5.7-inch high-definition display. The display also comes with Corning Gorilla Glass 3 for scratch resistance. It is powered by a quad core Qualcomm Snapdragon 400 processor and sports a 13 megapixel rear camera with Carl Zeiss optics, 5 megapixel front camera, NFC, GLONASS, and Beidou. And since it is running on Windows 8.1 OS, you can expect longer moderate usage with its built-in 3000 mAh battery and the same goes with the Lumia 540.
